Are your ads and landing pages getting lots of scrolls but zero clicks?

Fix your SaaS copy before your leads bounce

A no-fluff newsletter for SaaS folks who want to write better, convert faster, and sound human.

I write SaaS copy that doesn’t sound like SaaS copy.

Hey, I’m Hanna—a SaaS copywriter living in Barcelona (by choice, not accident). I spend my days writing ad copy, landing pages and sales emails for SaaS teams that are tired of sounding robotic.

If your messaging feels stale, fluffy, or just plain forgettable… you’re not alone. Most SaaS companies struggle to explain what they do in a way that clicks with actual humans. That’s where I come in.

I help founders, marketers and product teams say things better. Clearer. Sharper. With more brains and less buzzwords.
Think of me as your friendly message editor with a sharp pen and a low tolerance for jargon.

Stuff You’re Probably Wondering

Who this is for (SaaS folks)

If your SaaS startup sounds like it was written by a thesaurus-wielding intern or a committee of six… we need to talk.
This newsletter is made for marketers, founders and product folks who want to sharpen their messaging and stop blending in.

➤ What exactly will I get if I subscribe?

You’ll get practical, straight-to-the-point emails—each one focused on helping you write better SaaS copy without sounding like a marketing textbook.

Expect things like:
• Real before-and-after copy breakdowns
• Lessons from client work (the good, the bad, and the awkward)
• What I’d actually change on real SaaS websites
• Commentary on messaging trends and why they suck (or don’t)

No recycled LinkedIn tips. No “10 copy hacks to 10x your funnel.” Just honest, useful stuff from the trenches.

➤ How often do you send emails?

About 1–2 times a month. Sometimes less, never more.
I believe in useful, not noisy. You won’t get emails for the sake of “staying top of mind”—because honestly, you don’t need more notifications.

When I do send something, it’s because I actually have something worth sharing: a client insight, a rewrite that worked, a copy rant, or a lesson that might save you time (or embarrassment).

➤ Can I subscribe if I’m not in SaaS?

Absolutely.
While the focus is SaaS copy, the principles apply to any product or service trying to sound human and sell clearly. If you care about writing better—especially for B2B—you’ll find value here.

That said, I don’t explain what SaaS means. Or what a CTA is.
So if you’re totally new to this world, some references may fly over your head. But hey, great way to learn.

➤ Will you try to sell me something?

Eventually, yes. I’m a copywriter, not a monk.
But this newsletter is not a sales funnel in disguise. I don’t do guilt trips, countdown timers, or “just one spot left” energy.

When I pitch something (a service, a resource, maybe a workshop), I’ll tell you clearly, and you’ll have the choice to engage—or not.
Until then? Free, useful, no-strings-attached content.

Also for writers (yes, you)

If you’re a freelance copywriter trying to break into SaaS—or just want to see what real B2B copy looks like behind the scenes—you’re welcome too.
I share client learnings, test results, and the messy middle, not just the highlights.

➤ Is it all SaaS copy?

Mostly, yes. But it’s never just about the words.
I dive into how copy fits into broader SaaS strategy: positioning, onboarding, feature launches, product marketing, customer retention.
Because good messaging doesn’t happen in a vacuum—it’s part of how the business works.

So if you’re here for copy and the context that makes it work, you’ll get a lot from this.

➤ How is this different?

I don’t recycle advice or curate “inspo” threads.
This newsletter shows you how I actually work with clients—what I write, how I test, what flops, and what flies.
I treat it like an open notebook from inside real SaaS projects.

No vague frameworks. No 30-email funnels. Just honest insights from someone who’s rewriting this stuff daily.

➤ Can I use your stuff?

Please do.
I share this so you can shortcut your own process, get unstuck, or sound smarter in your next client call.

Everything in here is designed to be applied—not just read and forgotten.
Use the frameworks, adapt the rewrites, remix the insights. I’ll take it as a compliment.

➤ For freelance writers?

Definitely.
If you write for SaaS or want to break into that space, this newsletter gives you a behind-the-scenes look at the work.
Not the polished case studies—actual decisions, rewrites, and feedback loops.

You’ll learn what clients really ask for, how to price strategy, what to push back on, and how to survive when a founder says, “Can we make this pop more?”

How I Make the Copy Magic Happen

I Ask (a Lot of) Questions

Before writing a single word, I dig in. I learn how your product works, who it’s for, and what makes it different (or what should). I read your existing copy, ask “dumb” questions, and try to see your SaaS with fresh eyes—like a first-time user.

I Find the Gaps

Most SaaS copy sounds fine… until you try to sign up. I go through your site, emails, and ads to spot what’s vague, repetitive, or just not helping you convert. Then I map out what needs fixing and where we can hit harder.

I Make It Say What You Meant

Now we write. And rewrite. I craft copy that says the thing you’ve been trying to say—but clearer, sharper, and way more human. Expect strong headlines, smart CTAs, and sentences that don’t make people glaze over.

We See What Sticks

Messaging isn’t one-and-done. Once it’s live, I help you test variations, gather feedback, and refine based on what works. The goal isn’t “pretty words”—it’s better performance, better connection, better results.

Inside the Newsletter

Real Copy. Real Results. In Your Inbox.

No fluff. No funnels. Just clear, useful insights into how better SaaS copy gets made—and why yours might not be working (yet).
Expect short emails that break down real examples, failed tests, smart rewrites, and the logic behind the messaging.
It’s the kind of stuff marketers don’t post on LinkedIn. But should.

Meet the Human Behind the Copy

Who’s Writing This Thing Anyway?

Hey, I’m Hanna. I help SaaS teams write like real humans—and actually get results.

I’ve worked with over 40 B2B startups and software companies, turning vague, bloated messaging into clear, sharp copy that connects. From landing pages to onboarding flows, I write the words that make people think, “Oh, this makes sense.”

I believe good copy starts with empathy, lives in the details, and ends with a CTA that doesn’t make you roll your eyes. When I’m not writing, I’m dancing in my kitchen or roasting bad headlines in the wild.

If your product deserves better words, we should talk.

About Me

I Help SaaS Sound Less Robotic and More Human.

I’m a SaaS copywriter who’s a little obsessed with clarity.
After years of editing vague, bloated landing pages, I’ve learned how to cut the fluff, sharpen the message, and make your words pull their weight.

I believe in copy that’s bold but never cheesy, clear but never dry. And I bring structure, curiosity, and a healthy dislike for buzzwords to every project.
When I’m not rewriting SaaS websites, I’m probably dancing, baking, or arguing with AI tools (nicely).
